In 1990, as a response to the outcry for some relief to address the issues of crime and violence, the    pioneers of Task Force created a revolutionary community policing concept to take on these challenges. Our concept rest on the simple belief that true community policing is key to solving crime, violence and social disorder in our society.

In 1829, Sir Robert Peel created the Metropolitan Police when he served as Home Secretary of England. According to Peel, true policing is when we all understand that, "the police are the people and the people are the police". Task Force not only embraces this belief, it is actually the    cornerstone of our business philosophy and model.

Task Force’s holistic services utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral method that aims to solve problems concerning dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and cognitions through a goal-oriented,  systematic process, in an    effort to help build healthy and sustainable communities.
